Curtis took the experiences from the layoff in 2002 and documented using the 4P’s of marketing framework that helped him, and hundreds of others get gainful employment.
The idea of sharing his journey on a bigger stage began to take shape, as he realized his experiences could inspire and guide others facing similar challenges.
